Nutritionists usually discuss the harmful mercury levels in fish, but a recent article in E magazine describes the hidden mercury levels in high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). If you're eating organically, then HFCS isn't something you're probably consuming anyway. But, this is just one more reason to avoid it!
